Who can play

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if it is higher. The game shows rum, cigarettes and cigars as part of the table's setting; they are only virtual and decorative (see the Age and content notice).

The game is not available in countries under United States trade sanctions (currently Cuba, Iran, North Korea and Syria). Using tools to hide your location to get around this is not allowed.

Your account

Keep your password private; you are responsible for what is done with your account. Your player name may be changed once every 30 days and must not be offensive or pretend to be someone else. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).

Pesos, items and plans

Pesos are the game's coins. They have no cash value, can't be exchanged for money and can't be sold or transferred outside the game.
There is no betting: Pesos can't be wagered or put at stake on a game, a hand or any result, and players can't win Pesos from each other.
Items bought with Pesos (drinks, tobacco, watches, rings, time certificates) are a license to use them in the game, not property.
Wearables, consumables and Pesos are not refunded. A Premium subscription can be refunded prorated, for the unused time.
The Free plan includes a daily amount of play time; Premium removes the limit and the ads. Premium renews through your store (Google Play or the App Store) until you cancel it there. Prices are shown in the store before you buy.
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the App Store and also follow their terms. Apple refunds are handled only by Apple.

Playing fair

Don't cheat, use bots or modified apps, abuse bugs, team up unfairly, insult or harass other players, or send offensive, sexual, hateful or illegal content in names, chat or voice messages. Abandoning games on purpose costs points. We may warn, mute, suspend or close accounts that break these rules, and remove items or Pesos gained unfairly.

Players on the Free plan may choose to watch rewarded videos for Pesos. Don't watch or click ads in ways meant to trick the advertisers.

The game itself

We keep improving the game and may change, add or remove features, items, prices and rules. We try to keep it online, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. The game is provided "as is", to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

Changes and law

We may update these terms; we will change the date above and tell you in the game when a change is important. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, except where the law of your country says otherwise.

Quién puede jugar

Debes tener al menos 18 años, o la mayoría de edad de tu lugar de residencia si es mayor. El juego muestra ron, cigarros y tabacos como parte del ambiente de la mesa; son solo virtuales y decorativos (ver el Aviso de edad y contenido).

El juego no está disponible en los países bajo sanciones comerciales de Estados Unidos (hoy Cuba, Irán, Corea del Norte y Siria). No está permitido usar herramientas para ocultar tu ubicación y saltarse esto.

Tu cuenta

Mantén tu contraseña en privado; eres responsable de lo que se haga con tu cuenta. Tu nombre de jugador puede cambiarse una vez cada 30 días y no puede ser ofensivo ni hacerse pasar por otra persona. Puedes eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras (ver Eliminar tu cuenta).

Pesos, cosas y planes

Los Pesos son las monedas del juego. No tienen valor en dinero, no se pueden cambiar por dinero ni venderse o pasarse fuera del juego.
No hay apuestas: los Pesos no se pueden apostar ni poner en juego en una partida, una mano o cualquier resultado, y los jugadores no pueden ganarse Pesos entre sí.
Lo que compras con Pesos (bebidas, tabaco, relojes, anillos, certificados de tiempo) es un permiso para usarlo en el juego, no una propiedad.
Las joyas, los consumibles y los Pesos no se reembolsan. Una suscripción Premium se puede reembolsar en proporción al tiempo no usado.
El plan Gratis incluye un tiempo de juego diario; Premium quita el límite y los anuncios. Premium se renueva en tu tienda (Google Play o App Store) hasta que lo canceles allí. Los precios se muestran en la tienda antes de comprar.
Las compras las procesa Google Play o la App Store y siguen también sus términos. Los reembolsos de Apple los gestiona solo Apple.

Jugar limpio

No hagas trampas, no uses bots ni aplicaciones modificadas, no abuses de errores del juego ni te pongas de acuerdo de forma injusta, no insultes ni acoses a otros jugadores y no envíes contenido ofensivo, sexual, de odio o ilegal en nombres, chat o mensajes de voz. Abandonar partidas a propósito cuesta puntos. Podemos avisar, silenciar, suspender o cerrar las cuentas que rompan estas reglas, y quitar cosas o Pesos conseguidos de forma injusta.

Anuncios

Los jugadores del plan Gratis pueden elegir ver videos con recompensa a cambio de Pesos. No veas ni toques anuncios de formas que buscan engañar a los anunciantes.

El juego

Seguimos mejorando el juego y podemos cambiar, añadir o quitar funciones, cosas, precios y reglas. Intentamos que esté siempre en línea, pero no podemos prometer que lo esté siempre ni que no tenga errores. El juego se ofrece "tal cual", en la medida en que la ley lo permita. En la medida en que la ley lo permita, nuestra responsabilidad ante cualquier reclamación se limita a lo que nos hayas pagado en los últimos 12 meses.

Cambios y ley

Podemos actualizar estos términos; cambiaremos la fecha de arriba y te avisaremos en el juego cuando un cambio sea importante. Estos términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, Estados Unidos, salvo donde la ley de tu país diga otra cosa.
